LOGISTOR GROUP is a group of companies not belonging to any well-known industrial holdings and, thus, is completely independent in selection of customer service business models and independent in its strategic development.

One of the key activities of the Group is the management of its own fleet (about 3,300 units) and the wagon fleet of third parties. Along with the traditional service model in the form of wagon rental, the Group provides comprehensive management of the involved third-party fleet, which includes operational management, full maintenance, spare parts supply and monitoring of the wagon fleet technical condition. This management scheme allows us to provide our customers with services, creating comfort, reliability and equal conditions for all the clients.

The group renders services to the largest metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine, mining and refining plants and construction holdings, organizing the transportation of goods in gondola and hopper wagons.

A wide range of the rolling stock types in management provides opportunity to render services in transportation of any freights.

Specialized fleet of the Group represented by grain wagons, covered wagons, food tanks, tanks for transportation of light and dark oil products, platforms.

Managing a fleet of more than 6,000 units, the Group occupies a significant share in the market of transport services, being one of the three largest Ukrainian operators in the field of industrial and agricultural freight.

To ensure timely execution of routine and scheduled repairs for both its own and leased rolling stock, as well as to optimize operating costs, in 2022 the Group launched a carriage repair and manufacturing plant in the city of Smila, Cherkasy region. Between 2022 and 2024, the repair plant carried out 1083 routine repairs, 657 depot repairs, and 333 major repairs of freight railway wagons.

The Group is focused on developing renewable (green) energy sources, generating electricity and heat, and establishing energy storage systems to meet its own needs and feed excess energy into the grid. A solar power station with a capacity of 880 kW has been commissioned on the roof of the production premises of LOGISTOR-VAGONZAVOD. Plans are underway to purchase a 1 MW co-generation heat-power plant and an energy storage system with a capacity of 2 MWh.
